Creating, Connecting, Community

The table in our kitchen is like a lab. We have plates filled with soil to test, sprouts growing and outside the grass has become semi-green. We are connecting with nature. In a few short months we will experience the beautiful colors in our new gardens. This makes us wonder if a summer project is to build an indoor source for growing fresh greens.

The work in the studio feels like I am on a long arts residency. I am trying to connect the outside through my video, text and phone. New ideas are how to reuse materials in my studio and make them available for all to share with purpose. I am thinking about how to connect with others as my art is transforming.
